While it is true that there are situations that cannot be resolved immediately, one can learn to see them in another way, to release the burdens of the past, and to live and flow with the experiences and the course of events, adapting and directing them towards self-well-being and that of the community, instead of feeling frustrated with demands to be different from what I am. All the energy imprisoned in the battle between trying to change and resisting change can be used to open my mind to identify tools that I can use to continually explore my life, simplify and clarify the problems and confusions, and adapt with agility as I discover and take advantage of both, my authenticity and autonomy: my own innovative responses, what I want to do.



In this fourth revolution, we are facing a range of new technologies that combine the physical, digital and biological worlds. These new technologies will impact all disciplines, economies and industries, and even challenge our ideas about what it means to be human. The new is a society with a vision of the future that transcends generational limits and whose members support and respect each other, where each person can lead an active and pleasant life, strengthening their capacities and abilities, relationships with others and taking advantage of knowledge and information. The best use of our efforts in this regard is to invest them in their own adaptation to the scenario of the new personal, work and business world that is emerging.


It is convenient to clarify basic concepts and assimilate practical methods to broaden my vision. In today's highly competitive scenario, it helps to have broader horizons to face current challenges and take new risks effectively. Equanimity, peace and joy of living begin to be part of my daily life as I progress in my training. Resilience and creative action each new day make me a better human. I start doing things in a better way so that everything improves. I learn to live together and cooperate with others and help the world.


We see that several of our political, commercial and social structures, in their current conditions, may be unable to absorb all the inevitable changes that are taking place; it is convenient to take to personal growth aimed at generating maximum value for life in all its dimensions: personal, family, community, work team and organization.

Each stage of growth is a step that transcends the emotional and mental limitations of the personality as it occurs:


  • On the physical level, gradual growth toward a lifestyle that brings consistency to actions and supports goodness overcomes the appetite for pleasure and the selfish use of resources and time for physical comfort and dissipation.

  • On the emotional level, intentions to improve the quality of life grow. Fear, indifference and inertia are gradually overcome. The blind urge that overlooks universal facts and rights, values and principles is redirected towards learning and growth.

  • At the mental level, limitations that prevent opening of the mind and barriers that limit thought are gradually overcome as they are identified (narrow vision, habitual mechanical thinking, separatism and isolation within my own inherited way of seeing things ).

  • On the spiritual level, it seeks to reach the most intimate fibers to involve the whole person, always as a subject (conscious entity) and never as an object (body, consumer, production machine).

  • At the work level, it seeks "an integrated way of functioning that articulates knowledge and experiences, abilities and skills, values and attitudes; this enables the ability for problem-solving and decision-making as appropriate practical responses to situations in their environment, which is characterized by a certain level of uncertainty and complexity. " (J. Guach, 1999). The entrepreneur can activate and develop his wasted potentials in the midst of uncertain situations, to use his professional and/or artistic abilities in more creative ways that help him improve his income level. The leader stops pursuing results in people and concentrates on guiding them generously and giving of himself because it is the only real way to advance today.


This integral human development platform unfolds around four thematic cycles with their corresponding learning modules and learning units aimed at developing relevant skills through information and activities that promote contextual understanding, a critical attitude, reflection, analysis, discussion and review of ideas and concepts, the successes and achievements of the learning processes for the implementation of new knowledge, abilities and skills. The objective is to strengthen the capacity to promote processes of self-management, entrepreneurship and productive participation in organizational work. It includes permanent, personal, social, cultural and spiritual construction that is based on an integral conception of the person. The self-evaluation is explicit and continuous as the activities and exercises are developed and are fed back by the participants.

Communication skills. The person develops the degree of confidence, positive self-esteem and humanization that allows them to improve communication based on a transformed way of thinking, feeling and acting. The constructive, supportive and creative will that allows you to be productive, is introduced into life.

Interpersonal skills. It includes the ability to build and maintain relationships, develop good relationship, and use diplomacy. Also, the ability to give and receive constructive criticism, be tolerant and respectful of and empathize with others' opinions. Contribute to the good atmosphere in the group and be a source of encouragement for everyone.

Explore the historical past in itself to identify the influences of outdated, non-operational and limiting views and positions. Ask yourself if by adding new learning and life experiences your thinking has grown from a local vision to a more realistic and global vision. Search for novelty and complexity. Unleash intellectual curiosity, originality, and divergent thinking.

Resilience. Learn from the main teachers we all have: error and failure. Build persistence and determination to achieve individual and group goals. Throughout history adversities have shown that they can become for many the engine of important personal, business and social developments.

Teamwork. Most workers are part of a team / department / division and even those who are not in an official team need to collaborate with other people. You may prefer to work independently, but it is important to demonstrate that you understand and appreciate the value of joining forces and working in partnership with others to achieve the goals of a project or company.

Work ethic. While you may have a boss, organizations don't like to spend time micromanaging employees. They expect you to be responsible and do the work you are paid for, including being on time when you get to work, meeting deadlines, and making sure your work is error-free. Going the extra mile shows you are committed to doing your job with excellence. Today the combination of managers and workers and giving something more than usual has become a matter of subsistence. Develop coherence in your ways of act, in relationships with others and the planet.

Strategic and prospective thinking. Become aware of the alternatives (reflection, analysis, comparison, deduction, synthesis). Identify needs and address them cognitively, logically, emotionally, creatively, supportively, and organizationally. Observe the environment (real and virtual) with care and curiosity. Harmonize the conceptual and the practical.

Problem solving skills. Many people avoid problems because they don't understand that companies hire employees to solve problems. Potholes in the road and pitfalls are part of the job. The ability to use your knowledge to find answers to pressing problems and formulate workable solutions will demonstrate that you can manage and excel in your work.

Leadership skills. Companies want employees who can supervise and direct other workers. They want employees who can cultivate relationships up, down, and across the organizational chain; evaluate, motivate, encourage and discipline themselves and then the workers; form teams, resolve conflicts and help create the desired culture. The legitimate strength of a transformative leader is manifested when he succeeds in engaging his followers and, with or without his presence, followers move with their own strength towards the goals previously indicated by the leader.

Act with initiative and autonomy to make decisions. Accept uncertainty and ambiguity. CONTROL IMPULSIVITY and laziness; inspire yourself with respect to be open and honest. Work with pleasure and passion individually and in collaboration. SHARE AND CONTRIBUTE.

Flexibility. In the 21st century, companies need to change at the speed of light to remain competitive. So they want workers who can also change gears or change direction as needed. Also, although economy may be recovering, many companies do not have full staff, so they want employees who can wear more than one hat and play more than one role.

Rediscovering the faculties of learning that a person has makes it possible for them to use all their senses, value their experience and everything they feel and think. Use various learning techniques: repetitive (memorize, copy, recite), constructively (relate new information to previous one, underline, summarize, outline, make diagrams and concept maps), exploratory (explore, experiment, test hypotheses, trial-error ) and regulatory or meta-cognitive (analyze and reflect on the cognitive processes themselves).
